Description

Overview:

Petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, radially split, single-stage cantilever centrifugal pumps with a volute-structured pump body. They are designed and manufactured in compliance with the API610 standards for “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical, and Natural Gas Industries.” This pump series is meticulously engineered to incorporate robust design elements such as support, connection, bearing, and cooling systems. Additionally, they can be integrated with various auxiliary and monitoring systems, enhancing their safety, reliability, longevity, and ease of maintenance. Their components are versatile, requiring few spare parts, thereby ensuring high usability. Noteworthy for their outstanding hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and excellent cavitation resistance, these pumps stand at the forefront globally as a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving products. The series offers a range of configurations suitable for diverse and complex operational environments. The sealing system conforms entirely to API682 standards, offering multiple sealing and flushing cooling solutions. These pumps are well-suited for use across a wide spectrum of complex applications.
